TERM AND CONDITION
- For personal use only.- Work will be done according to the queue, with a maximum of 14 days after your turn begins.- Please describe your order in detail and provide clear references to minimize mistakes during the process.- You’ll receive an initial sketch based on your description.- Payment must be made within 24 hours after the sketch is sent.- If payment is not received within 24 hours, the order will be considered canceled.- The process includes 3 stages: Sketch → Lining → Coloring.- You will be updated at each stage.- Revisions are allowed only during the current stage
(e.g., once coloring has started, sketch revisions are no longer accepted).- NO CANCELLATIONS or REFUNDS once payment is made.- Payment methods: BSI, BNI, BCA.
